We’re so excited to share what’s to come and look forward to serving more of your hiring needs with our different solutions.
This page will serve as a centralized resource about the brand unification.
In 2023, Spark Hire acquired 2 HR tech companies: Comeet (applicant tracking system) and Chally (behavioral assessment solution). Since the acquisitions, the plan has been to consolidate all of these solutions under one brand.
In 2025, the brand unification efforts will begin to roll out as the acquired companies are now part of Spark Hire’s team and hiring software.
Throughout the year, you’ll start to see these brand changes take effect on our products, website, social media properties, and more.
There still may be instances in which you see legacy brand names or assets, but we assure you that we’re in the process of driving cohesion across all Spark Hire properties. Thank you for coming with us on this journey and for your support each and every day.

Why are Spark Hire, Comeet, and Chally now all Spark Hire?
Spark Hire is unifying our hiring software under one brand, Spark Hire. We’re making this change to reflect our growth and expanded product offering. Our purpose is to spark meaningful connections between talented individuals and organizations and we believe this brand and solution alignment will ignite your ability to do so. We believe that making our offerings more aligned ensures you can realize the full value of our solutions working seamlessly together. We’re committed to providing easy access to the tools you need as your organization grows. As we evolve, our brand must also evolve to support you better.
The unified brand not only delivers a modern, streamlined experience but also improves your recruiting outcomes through an intuitive experience of all our solutions working seamlessly together. Our new look is designed with you in mind, ensuring a smoother and more efficient interaction with our platform.
With this update, we’re excited to introduce Spark Hire Meet and Recruit. These solutions represent the next phase for Spark Hire. While Spark Hire is the name of the brand, we’re also introducing a new naming convention for our different solutions – Spark Hire Meet and Spark Hire Recruit.
What is Spark Hire Meet?
Spark Hire Meet is a talent assessment solution that enables you to screen, interview, and assess your candidates with confidence and without the hassles of traditional methods. Key features on Spark Hire Meet include one-way video interviews, live video interviews, predictive talent assessments, and reference checks.
What is Spark Hire Recruit?
Spark Hire Recruit is an applicant tracking system designed to make collaborative hiring easy. With built-in talent assessments, powerful task automation and AI, intuitive interview scheduling, and robust reporting capabilities, it keeps everyone – from hiring managers to interviewers – on the same page so you can hire better, together.
Tailor Spark Hire to your needs by using Spark Hire Meet on its own or choose Spark Hire Recruit for the ultimate hiring experience. All Recruit plans include some versions of our assessment solutions.
What exactly about Spark Hire is changing?
Over the coming months, you’ll notice a refreshed website design and modernized elements across our solutions. Additionally, brand names under the Spark Hire family will be updated. Over the next few months, these changes will continue to roll out within Spark Hire products, enhancing your experience with our products.
Alongside these brand updates, we’re eager to start launching many new features including our Predictive Talent Assessment, AI Resume Review, and Leads Management.
What do these brand changes mean for the Spark Hire products I use today?
Though we’ve refined our product lineup to better serve your needs, the core functionality will not be affected. Our brand refresh unifies our products under one cohesive identity, making it easier for you to navigate our offerings and benefit from the full spectrum of what Spark Hire provides.
Through 2025 you’ll notice updates to the user interface to reflect the Spark Hire Brand. These updates are cosmetic and won’t impact functionality. This includes name and logo changes within the ATS. You will notice some user interface enhancements alongside the new brand look and feel.
When will the brand changes start to take effect?
You will begin to see logo updates across our social media channels before the end of December 2024. Major brand changes within our products and across our website will take place within the first two weeks of January 2025.
We will inform you of brand changes that directly user experience before any changes are made.
Will this change affect my current contract or pricing?
The brand unification will not affect your current contract or pricing. If there are pricing changes to your contract, those are not related to the brand unification. Throughout 2025, you’ll see more and more documents updated to reflect the company name, Spark Hire. We appreciate your patience as we work through all of these updates.
When your contract does come up for renewal, we will renew it under the new company name. Over the next couple of months, you will see all our business documents being issued under the new name. This may include but is not limited to invoices and contracts.
Will these brand changes impact my ATS-provided careers page?
No functionality on careers pages or career page widgets will be impacted other than the “Powered by Comeet” logo, which will change to “Powered by Spark Hire”.
Will this change affect the customer support I receive from Spark Hire?
Despite the new look, Spark Hire remains dedicated to delivering outstanding service and support to all customers. Our goal remains the same—helping you drive the connections that lead to successful hires.
You will continue to work with the same Spark Hire team members on the customer support and customer success teams.
Will I receive any additional benefits as part of this change?
This change represents some exciting benefits for our existing customers. Spark Hire is now a truly global organization, with team members in 10+ countries to support our global customer base with personalized service, insights, and more. Additionally, this expansion means that we’ll have more resources to dedicate to innovation across our set of solutions.
Will my login information or process change?
No, all log-information will be the same.
Will any functionality within the products change?
Other than the addition of exciting new features, the brand unification rollout will only impact logos and colors within the products.
Do I need to take any action?
No, you will not see any disruption to your workflows. Your bookmarks, integrations and more will all work. If any action is needed later in 2025, we will notify you in advance.
Do I need to make any technical changes concerning integrations, email whitelisting, IP addresses, etc.?
Nope!
How will I be kept informed about updates related to the brand unification of Spark Hire?
We’ll continue to update this page as more information is released, but you’ll also receive communication via email and in-app messages with any pertinent information.
Will there be changes to how our data is handled and/or stored?
No, Spark Hire will continue its same hosting practices (Amazon Web Services) and organizational controls which are consistent with SOC 2 criteria (validated during a SOC 2 Type II audit).
