Spark Hire Meet is a talent assessment solution that enables you to screen, interview and assess your candidates with confidence and without the hassles of traditional methods. Key features on Spark Hire Meet include one-way video interviews, live video interviews, a predictive talent assessment, and automated reference checks.
Spark Hire Recruit is an applicant tracking system designed to make collaborative hiring easy. With built-in talent assessments, powerful task automation and AI, intuitive interview scheduling, and robust reporting capabilities, it keeps everyone – from hiring managers to interviewers – on the same page so you can hire better, together.
Is Spark Hire free for job applicants?
Absolutely! Our pricing applies only to organizations that are interested in using Spark Hire’s solutions for their hiring process. If you are using Spark Hire to participate in an interview with one of our customers, you do not need to sign up for a plan. If you have any questions, contact our support team here.
What do you mean by “up to X employees”?
We’ve aligned the features and functionality of our plans to correspond with the complexities and hiring needs of different sized organizations.
When considering and choosing a plan, consider the option that best aligns with your organization’s headcount.
However, this does not preclude you from signing up for a higher tiered plan if you need the features that come with that plan.
If you’re unsure or don’t see an option that fits your needs, please contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
What’s a “Dedicated Success Manager”?
A Dedicated Success Manager is an individual on our customer success team that is assigned to your account and is your main point of contact for best practices, additional training, etc.
If your plan doesn’t include a Dedicated Customer Success Manager, you still have access to our customer success team, but it may not be the same individual assisting you each time.
What does “Dedicated Onboarding” mean?
Dedicated Onboarding is when an individual from our onboarding team is assigned to your account during the initial implementation. They will be the one leading your implementation meetings and collaborating with you about your strategy.
If your plan doesn’t include Dedicated Onboarding, you still have access to onboarding resources, but it may not be the same individual assisting you throughout your implementation.
What does “Security Questionnaire” mean?
Some organizations require vendors like Spark Hire to answer questionnaires related to security controls.
Spark Hire completes a SOC 2 Type II audit to validate its organizational controls with regards to information security.
For more organizations, a copy of our audit report suffices for a security assessment, but if your organization needs Spark Hire to complete a security questionnaire as part of your vendor onboarding process, you’ll need to select a plan that includes this option.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit/debit cards, ACH/wire transfers, and checks (when in the United States).
When paying monthly, a credit/debit card is required.
What currency does Spark Hire accept?
All Spark Hire pricing is in US Dollars.
What does "+ applicable sales tax” mean?
If Spark Hire has the legal obligation to pay or collect taxes for which you, the customer, are responsible, the appropriate amount shall be invoiced to and paid by you (or charged on the default payment method) to Spark Hire unless you provide Spark Hire with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority.
What is your refund policy?
Our full refund policy can be found in our Terms of Use. Since Spark Hire initiates service as soon as you pay, we do not offer refunds. To treat every customer fairly, no exceptions will be made.
How long are my interviews stored for?
We commit to storing interviews for up to 1 year, as long as you have an active subscription. If you need to store your interviews for more than a year, contact us and we’ll discuss your needs and offer a solution. On our Annual Pro, Growth, and Enterprise plans, you can download your interviews whenever you’d like.
What is the video library and what do the storage limits mean?
The video library is where you store videos that you create as part of the video interview experience, including custom intro videos and video questions. This does not include the video interviews that candidates complete. The storage limit is a cap in GB (gigabytes). We add up the file sizes of all the videos in your library and ensure you’re under your limit.
Can I purchase more storage for my video library?
Yes, additional storage can be purchased for your video library at a rate of $15.00 USD per month for 5 GB. When you exceed your storage limit, an extra 5 GB of storage ($15.00 USD per month) will be auto-billed to your account.

What are the different types of assessments available on Spark Hire Meet?
The following types of assessments are available on all Spark Hire Meet plans:

Is there a limit on the number of candidates I can invite to complete an assessment on Spark Hire Meet?
You can invite an unlimited number of candidates to one-way and live video interviews.
Automated reference checks are limited to a specific number of candidates per month. If you need more automated reference checks, you can add-on 100 candidates/per month for $300/per month.
What’s the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
The main differences between the monthly and annual plans of Spark Hire Meet are:
Our annual plans enable you to use Spark Hire for an unlimited number of jobs and an unlimited number of users whereas the monthly plans are limited to a specific number of jobs and users.
In addition, our annual plans give you the ability to download your recorded video interviews.
What support is available and do I need to pay for it?
The support team for Spark Hire Meet can be reached 24x7x365.
Since your candidates will be completing assessments on Spark Hire, we’re here to support them too!
This level of support is included in all plans.
What does the job limitation on the monthly plans mean?
Each monthly plan is limited to a specific number of jobs. The number of jobs is a limitation on how many different roles you can actively complete assessments for at one time.
Jobs can be activated and deactivated at any time so if you fill a position and need to assess candidates for another one, you can simply deactivate one and activate another in its place.
On our annual plans, you can do assessments for an unlimited number of jobs.
How do you define a user?
A user is someone who has a license to log in to the solution.
A user license is required to perform actions such as creating a job, inviting candidates to interviews, viewing analytics and more.
On the Spark Hire Meet monthly plans, each plan is limited to a specific number of users and additional users can be purchased for $5 per user per month.
On the Spark Hire Meet annual plans, you have unlimited users.
Keep in mind that you have the ability to share completed assessments with an unlimited number of non-users so there may be people in your organization that don’t necessarily need to be able to log in.
What if I need to add more users?
If you’re on a monthly Spark Hire Meet plan and need more users than you’re allotted, you can add more users to your account for $5 per user per month.
If you’re on an annual Spark Hire Meet plan, you have unlimited users so adding more users is as simple as inviting them through the User Management section of your Settings.
What’s the difference between “ATS Integrations” and “Advanced Integrations”?
While the majority of Spark Hire Meet ATS integrations are included in all plans, Advanced Integrations are not.
To use an Advanced Integration, you are required to be on our Enterprise plan and must purchase the add-on.
Certain integrations are classified as Advanced Integrations due to the complex nature of the integration setup which require more resources from the Spark Hire team.

What if I need a higher tier of Spark Hire Meet than what’s included in my Spark Hire Recruit plan?
If you’re on a version of Spark Hire Recruit which doesn’t come with the Spark Hire Meet functionality you need, you have two options:
- Upgrade to the Recruit plan that includes the Meet functionality you need.
- Buy an add-on to upgrade the Meet functionality without upgrading your Recruit plan.

What does a “job” get me on Spark Hire?
Customers using Spark Hire’s video interviewing solution can take advantage of unlimited video interviews. Customers on an annual plan will also enjoy the ability to use Spark Hire interviews for an unlimited number of jobs. Monthly subscribers are limited to a certain number of active jobs.
For example, if you subscribe to a monthly Pro account, you can conduct unlimited interviews for 5 different active positions. If you fill a position and want to interview for another role, you can easily swap in a new active job.
Customers using Spark Hire’s applicant tracking system can create an unlimited number of jobs.
What is a user?
A user seat is a license to log in and use the platform.
User seats are required for Spark Hire’s video interview platform in order to facilitate interviews on Spark Hire and use additional functionality/features. Team members who just need to watch interviews do not need a user seat – they can watch via a share link.
For Spark Hire’s applicant tracking system, customers have access to unlimited users and unlimited recruiter seats.
What if I need more users?
You have options to purchase more users for Spark Hire’s video interviewing solution if you’re on a monthly plan. Contact us today if you need more users.

Spark Hire offers a customer help center and online chat support for all customers. Customers on some higher-tiered plans may also be eligible for a dedicated customer success manager and escalated support via video call as needed.
